2018年2月25日 · I’ve been on keto for 6 weeks and have lost 20lbs. I did a low calorie diet with daily exercise and some weight training for 2 months prior and lost 25lbs. For the past month I’ve been doing heavier weight training and have seen some gains but I want to get serious about it and begin building mass.

2006年4月19日 · Ok, I hate green vegetables. Always have. That said, I obviously need to have them in a keto diet. So far, I've done pretty well by addressing my nutrient needs with a targeted array of vitamins and herbs, and my bowel needs with 20g of psyllium husk per day.
