Why Ken Amada isn't shown during the Gekkoukan High trip?
Persona 4 - Why Ken Amada isn't shown during the Gekkoukan High trip? P4 I always thought that was a missed opportunity not to show Ken, specially after Arena Ultimax(which happens 8 months after the Gekkoukan trip in P4) showed that he studied there and was well known as a member of the football team.

2021年8月12日 · The main reason is because (heavy spoilers for October) Ken is "responsible" for Shinjiro's death, since the former lured the latter so that Amada could enact his revenge for losing his mother two years before the game. People may have gotten way too attached to Shinjiro, and revenge is certainly something that is not commendable.

2020年1月23日 · Ken feels strange as he’s added to the story in like August, has his arc wrap up in like October and kinda just exists after that. Both akihiko and shinjiro were relevant to the story for basically the entire first half of the game while Ken kinda just shows up, does the whole 10/4 thing then kinda just sits around.

I like Ken because he’s versatile. Pierce, Elec, Light, Wind if you give him the Gae Bolg, and the full range of healing. He’s a jack of all trades. Sure, Yukari’s better at healing and Akihiko’s better at Zio-ing, but Ken’s the only one who can do either.
