Universal weapons can be used by all races hence the name universal, however most of them do have different crits depending on race. Be careful, as using weapon rerolls or using M1 on a Blue Elixir can remove your special weapon. In order to keep it, use a Powered Black Elixir in order to revert it back into item form.
