Karr was a lecturer in CUHK Fine Art Department teaching 3D and Sculpture major courses in 2005. Currently, he is the Founder and Director of ADO Ltd., Honorary Advisor of HKDA and Conventional Ambassador of the Hong Kong Tourism Board.

Karr Yip is a multi-talented spatial designer with a background in architecture, fine art and IT. He works across the fields of architecture, infrastructure design, interior design, exhibition design and public art curation. He founded ADO Ltd and currently serves as CEO of the design company specialising in space branding.

Karr is an artist, a spatial designer. His works cover architecture, interior, furniture, artwork and product design. "ADO" was established in 2004 and has more than 20 years of experience in interior design. It is the first interior design brand in the industry to be awarded Hong Kong Top Service Brand Award.

Karr Yip 有十多年行政管理、品牌策劃、創意設計的經驗，集藝術、建築、管理、科技才能於一身。 2014 Karr年開始涉及New Media , Mobile Apps 及Digital Marketing 項目，並獲得 2015 及 2020 香港資訊及通訊科技獎 (Hong Kong ICT Awards)最佳流動應用程式金獎。
