During her tenure at SARS, she acquired extensive experience in Tax Litigation, Administrative Law and Labour disputes. Kagiso also sits as a panel member of the Financial Services Tribunal and Financial Intelligence Centre Appeal Board.

With over 10 years pre-Bar Experience, Kagiso commenced her career as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer of the High Court. She then left practice to join the South African Revenue Services (SARS) where she was employed until she was called to the Bar in 2014.

Upon admission as an attorney, Kagiso was appointed as an attorney in a firm of Mashile-Ntlhoro Inc (now known as Ramusu Mashile Twala Inc). Her main focus areas were Commercial litigation, High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation; labour litigation, Administration of wills, Debt collection and Conveyancing.
