Meanwhile, the storm system will produce some freezing drizzle and light snow in part of northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin until early in the afternoon.

Roads are getting icy in NE Iowa. Surface observations are showing light mist and freezing drizzle along and west of I-35. The primary locations for freezing drizzle this evening will be south of I-90.

Temperatures tonight will be slightly below zero with clear skies. Expect increasing cloud cover on Friday with high temperatures around 20°.
