The KTM Class 29 is a class of mainline diesel electric locomotives built in China by Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Company for operations by Keretapi Tanah Melayu of Malaysia on its freight services.

The 29 Class is manufactured by Dalian Locomotive Works. Similar to the 26 Class, it was ordered primarily for freight services but now also operate for passenger trains. 20 of these locomotives existed and bear the names of types of wood.
