本路線提供觀塘碼頭、觀塘市中心循環往返順天邨、順安邨、順利邨及順利紀律部隊宿舍的巴士服務，於1978年10月9日起投入服務，以配合順利邨落成，是五順區（現稱四順區）第一條巴士路線。 本路線初時依順時針方向途經順利邨及順安邨，但這樣安排令居民在順利邨道下車後，需要橫過馬路才能抵達，因此為方便居民上落，於1980年9月28日起，改為逆時針方向，先途經順安才抵達順利。 1984年4月15日起改經順天邨，擴大了服務範圍。 本路線是四順區往來觀塘的主要路 …
