2022年1月7日 · The Kef Q3 & Q9c were introduced 21years ago. They likely use 5th generation UniQ drivers as the latest Q range has 11th Gen version so few changes surely if you thinking latest Qs. If you want to stick with Kef i would strongly consider going with R3 + R2c route, but you would have to make fast decision.

2005年7月22日 · Muffled vocals was a problem for me and I thought that the Kef Q9C was the culprit, however, on purchasing the DVE disc and hearing their rule of thumb that you should always set your speakers to small regardless of the actual physical size, I took their advice and immediately cured my "Muffled" vocals on both music and movies.

I've got access to the Kef Q95c, so don't know if the new one is sorted, but the Q95c doesn't sound that great- good midrange, but a bit coloured and harsh at louder volumes. The Model 100 sounds alot better.

2008年1月6日 · It's funny because i'm in the opposite position. My front's are the kef IQ5's and my centre channel is that same cresta 20c. I'm currently looking for a Kef centre channel myself, because the "tonal" aspect of the cresta doesn't quite fit with the IQ5's. The cresta 20c is great for voices and it's pretty solid but i just want to "put things right".
