The KEFs are available in five finishes, including 'dark apple', as seen here, and they are nicely finished, handsome loudspeakers. 2008年10月9日 · We're a little baffled as to that mag's decision to drop the KEF's a star, especially when they sound better than the previous ones, but as Crusty states, pinch of salt and all that. Stocks of iQ5SE's are getting low, and some finished will have to be searched for. We have Dark Apple and Maple in stock, although Maple is getting pretty low.

2005年7月22日 · The Kef sounds warmer then Monitor Audio RS but lacks the detail the latter has. As stated before, for HT use these differences almost entirely dissappear. Now for your sub question, I have read some very positive reviews in german audio magazines with regard to the Kef subwoofers.

2007年1月19日 · Happy with my purchase, I ordered a pair of IQ5 floor standers for my fronts, delegating the IQ1s as rear surrounds. My expectation was to have the same amount of detail on the highs and even lower lows. Though they came from the same retailer - Vanns - and were new (packed), out of the box, they sound muffled and lacking any detail.
