2006年2月23日 · Anybody has experinec with KEF Cara Digital Series Speakers 100W. I can get them secondhand but do not know too much about them. These are about 10 years old and are bass reflex. From KEF website, KEF seem to be fairly top end type of stuff but I have no experience. and their website does not show anythign about them.

2009年6月7日 · Wondering if anyone had any information relating to some KEF Cara, Digital Series speakers? Never seen one but I don't know that KEF ever made a terrible speaker. Vintage? I´m vintage! Cara´s were manufactured starting in 1986 for Lasky's, a now defunct UK Audio chain-store.

2019年12月13日 · 'Caras' are a mid 80's speaker, they are actually thin on the ground, I think they used an ABR speaker so are obviously a 2 Way jobbie. Not heard them but KEF made some good sounding speakers in the 80's..

2018年4月14日 · Previously had my Apple TV streaming to a Fiio D3 DAC in to a Yamaha A-S201 with KEF Q100s. Found a good deal on a Schiit Bifrost DAC and have inherited my dads old KEF Cara speakers. So much fuller sounding now while the Q100s produce a lovely high end that really complements the Caras.

2011年7月5日 · KEF Cara, an ABR design. This was bespoke built for a large UK HiFi chain called Laskys in the late 70s, I believe. Nice little old UK Elac bass which I happen to have in a Monitor Audio R300 design, though KEF called it a SP1193. Very nice little driver, widely adopted.
