KDVA provides professional help free of charge to veterans in obtaining and using federal and state benefits to which they are entitled. We help veterans and their dependents make successful claims for benefits, privileges, rights, and other veteran services.

KDVA directly supports U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) and ROK-U.S. Combined Forces Command (CFC) units and organizations. KDVA Chapters are growing across the United States. KDVA Campus Clubs are opening on college campuses in Korea and the United States.

What is a Dependent Tuition Waiver? A waiver of tuition is an education benefit provided by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for children, stepchildren, spouses, and un-remarried widows & widowers; in recognition of the honorable service and sacrifice of eligible Kentucky veterans.

Kentucky is home to more than 370,000 veterans. KDVA serves our veterans in three primary areas of support: healthcare, benefits, and cemeteries.
