2022年3月18日 · That is a third party pen. This topic really is for support of the Surface branded official pens. Unfortunately, we can't really troubleshoot a K2-C pen. You might consider borrowing an official Surface Pen from a friend (it does not need to be paired to write) and trying that on your SP8 as a test. Since the pen is new, you should be able to return it for a refund.
