2017年11月9日 · Schiit Jotunheim worked very good with the range of different gear that I tried with it rather it was my JBL 305’s, My Audio Technica AVA500’s or my Audio Technica ATH-R70X’s. What surprise me the most is when I connected my R70X to balanced, The amp paired great with the headphones like it was a perfect match.

2021年5月14日 · The Jotunheim 2 amp is a very mixed-bag product, IMO. It doesn’t perform at the level that audiophile hope wanted or that Schiit’s recent history would suggest that it would. It falls off the price/performance pace set by MLP and even Schiit’s Asgard 3 if the goal is pure sonic performance.

2017年9月1日 · Jotunheim sounds less warm than the HDVD800 with the Senn 6XX, but definitely not bright. So it comes down to your sonic preference. If you prefer warm sound (female vocals having emphasized low end etc), HDVD800. If you are OK with a more neutral presentation, you can surely try the Jotunheim since it is one fifth the price of the HDVD800.
