The John Abbott House is an historic house located on King Street in Abbottstown, Adams County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on February 22, 1980.

Situated in the shadow of Veterans Park, this elegant historic site still houses a secret involving patriot funds hidden from the British as they were advancing on Trenton in November of 1776. Abbott, a bachelor 87 years old when he died in 1795 lived in the house built in 1730 by his father and located then on the North side of Crosswicks Creek.

The John Abbott II House is located at 2200 Kuser Road in Hamilton Township of Mercer County, New Jersey. It was built c. 1730. The house is currently used as a museum by the Historical Society of Hamilton Township and is open to the public. [3]

2006年8月26日 · The John Abbott House was built in 1740, and was the home of the settler and founder of present day Abbottstown. Also from 1750 to at least 1763, Mr. Abbott was known to have had a tavern license, keeping a tavern "tipping house" where he lived, one of the earliest commercial ventures in the area.
