2022年11月30日 · MUSCAT: Jindal Shadeed Iron & Steel (JSIS), which owns and operates the largest integrated steel complex at Sohar Port, has unveiled plans to invest over $4 billion in a portfolio of projects aimed at positioning the company, as well as the Sultanate of Oman, among the leading producers of green steel globally.

Strategically located in the industrial port of Sohar, the Sultanate of Oman and a mere two-hour drive from metropolitan Dubai, Jindal Shadeed Iron and Steel (JSIS) is the largest privately-owned integrated steel producer in the Persian Gulf region (the Gulf Cooperation Council or the GCC).
