JILB accepts manuscripts from scholars and legal practitioners in the United States and from around the world. Submissions should be double-spaced and in Microsoft Word. Citations must include valid pin-cites and conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.). An updated CV should also be attached.
