2020年12月18日 · I use a jam Swiss roll. It makes a pretty pattern in a glass bowl. Then slosh some sherry over it, then make up jelly, usually orange or mandarin, with the juice from a tin of fruit cocktail, put the fruit over the sponge, pour in jelly and set, then layer of custard and then whipped cream and glace cherries for decoration.
