WO1 WILLIAMS has had a long and storied career within the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF). Since his enlistment on January15, 1995, WO1 WILLIAMS has risen steadily through the ranks and now holds the appointment/position of Training Warrant Officer at the First Battalion The Jamaica Regiment.

WO1 Moulton was promoted to the rank of WO1 on the 14 October 2016 and was appointed Regimental Sergeant Major for the Second Battalion the Jamaica Regiment in January 2017. He was appointed Ceremonial RSM on the 7 January 2019.

As the RSM he is the Commanding Officer’s direct link with the Other Ranks of the Regiment and is responsible for maintaining discipline in the Unit. His years of experience and knowledge recognizes him as a Warrant Officer who has a thorough knowledge of drill and Standing Orders.

During his tenure at the JDF, Ex-WO1 NORMAN, served in several appointments, chief among them are: Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) Second Battalion The Jamaica Regiment in 1991; RSM 1 Engineer Regiment (JDF), 2000 - 2001; RSM Regimental Headquarters; and RSM Support and Services Battalion.
