2014年11月16日 · As noted, the L3 did take care of some of the shortcomings of the L60, same driver complement, but angled baffle and updated crossover. However, both of these speakers were "red headed stepchildren" as noted in another post. I preferred the L20 and the L80, and in the later line, the L1 and the L5.

2008年7月19日 · Played some more last night....connected the JBL's and my RtR's to my recently aquired Onkyo A-8087 and pulled out various styles of music and tried them out. Much better overall sound and more midrange with the Onkyo vs the soft sounding Denon I was using.

I've heard that the L100 Century's are the ones to grab, but figured the L60's might come close... honestly I really don't need another pair of two-ways but am always on the lookout for JBL's as they don't come available often in my area. I'll likely pass as I have no desire to part them out.

2014年1月29日 · Most JBL aficionados who've messed with the L60T have given up and passed them along. General consensus is in that line that the little L20T outperforms the larger L60T. Heather (hjames) even moved the rear port to the front before she sold or parted hers. They're generally worth more parted for just the tweeters than they're worth intact.

2011年9月2日 · That line of JBL (L-Series from about 1985-1988) represents spectacular value IMO. I own every member of that family currently (L20T, L60T, L80T and L100T). Great components, good looks, fantastic sound.

2012年12月13日 · I will post some pictures later. I have recently acquired two JBL L19a speakers and two JBL L60 woofers were thrown in as part of the deal. All will require new foam. Also got a Kenwood Eleven receiver (the earliest model, I believe) which is extremely in need of DeOxit, etc. Once that is done, I hope it will work fine.

2011年8月12日 · Actually. You are thinking of L60"s not l 50'"s. I believe. That series was the 20"s 40"s 60"s 80'$ 100"s and 150"s also thry used titanium domes not the bullets. "Just sayin" a fairly efficient rockin speaker if i recall correctly. Like mid 90"s spl. i liked the smaller bookshelf L 20"s. With a sub- a little sat syst.
