2024年5月17日 · ION Plus is replacing Defy. Unfortunately, this is due to the network that owns Defy and there is no way for us to provide the channel to you if they are changing how the channel can be broadcast. I am an Official Xfinity Employee.

Are you having issues only with ION, or have you noticed this with other channels as well? Have you recorded any shows on ION? If so, are the problems present during playback?

2022年3月4日 · I just went through every channel, and finally found ION Mystery! I'm in Colorado, but it is on channel 377. It still says KXRM in the description when you click on it in the guide, but says ION Mystery in the left column. I already have been watching it for certain shows, but it had to have changed the name really recently.

2021年4月22日 · Ion and GetTV are broadcast networks carried by a local TV station. It's possible they are rearranging their broadcast subchannels, and that can affect what channel number is used on Comcast. Many Ion TV channels are in the middle of a major rearrangement due to recent ownership changes.

2022年11月17日 · Thank you, @user_165aa2, for connecting with us in our community about Ion Mystery channel. @Again has the best suggestion for finding channels on your cable box. You can search all networks by asking your Xfinity Voice remote. I did search you zip code, and I was unable to find Ion Mystery Network in your area.
