Hey, last summer I got hit by a semi who fled the scene. I was driving a grey Honda Civic hatchback and the truck merged into my driver's side from my left, then spun me across the freeway where I collided with the k-rail.

Some of these are a lot less inevitable in a modern car with ABS, ESP, crumple zones, and a reinforced passenger cabin. Not if someone just drops a container on your car, mind. But there were a lot of de facto suicide bombers in this video too.

I saw the aftermath of a semi bulk hauler vs. a whole line of cars. And the car that the semi collapsed on contained a coworker who was killed instantly when her sedan was made about 6” high. And yes, it crushed the engine block of her car. She was in her mid 40’s and left a husband and two children behind. Truck driver got jail time.

Totaled the car and put his friend in the hospital with multiple injuries while he had a broken leg and a few ribs. The car struck a tree then the side of someone's house at at least 45 mph. But, I've definitely seen a lot more Mustang accidents.
