The combined First Merchants Bank now has 122 banking centers in Illinois, Indiana and Ohio and approximately $8.7 billion in assets, $6.2 billion in loans, $6.7 billion in deposits, and total shareholders’ equity of $1.1 billion.

IAB Financial Bank moved its main office to 118 East Ludwig Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, on July 1, 2012. Following a transition to full trust powers on February 27, 2003, the bank continued to grow through acquisitions, including the purchase of iAB Merger Bank in Bourbon, Indiana, on February 1, 2015.
