When you get stuck in the "Virtual assistant" (that is the assistance the give you is virtual, 'non-real'), keep repeating "real person" or "Live help". Even automation eventually gets tired of you and forwards you to a live "service" rep, who also can't help you. (first time) Ask them for a "ticket" number, write it down (you'll need it later).
