Focalors is a young Archon, having ascended to the throne only a few years ago after the death of her predecessor. She is known for her strict adherence to the law and her unwavering sense of justice.

After playing through most of the “trial” section of Act 1, I don’t see Focalors as being the true Hydro Archon at all. Every previous Archon fully embraces and embodies their respective virtue (Freedom, Contracts, Eternity, Wisdom, etc.), yet Focalors so far seems to be most capable of putting on an arrogant show over being a capable Judge.
