2020年4月11日 · So, for using it for cooking meats, it needs a bit of air flow work. For cold smoking, it needs to have a piece of insulation or separation between the pit and the box and have the incoming smoke from the pit to be cooled. I'm still contemplating a mod.

2016年7月9日 · I was wondering if anyone has the Cold Smoker Box from Rec Tec and how they like it. I've read some reviews on line and not sure about the ability to smoke salmon or cheese. My thought would be to use a smoke tube in the main part of the grill and hopeful that will keep a low enough temp in the box as to not melt the cheese.

2024年5月9日 · In the Smokebox installation instructions it mentions that for the Dualfire, to... "install clip into grease spout and hang bucket underneath the Smokebox". Does anyone know if a clip and grease bucket were suppose to be included with the Smokebox, or are those two items sold separately?
