Like let's say you want a nice title for a book that you are going to sell... would it be ok to use word art for the title or can you not because of copyright laws?

I was creating a document that required me to use a text box which is really a simple operation but when I tried to punch it up a little bit by adding some word art I couldn't get it to work.
