To delete the file, right click on it, select properties from the context menu, and at the bottom right you'll find a button that says "unblock". Click that button, click apply, close the properties window, and you should be able to delete the file.

2014年7月8日 · Force delete the file with UVK. Download UVK Free You can choose Force Delete from the right click context menu or else run UVK and use the "Delete Files & Folders" option. If UVK cannot delete the file it will attempt to delete it on reboot and you'll see a message informing you that this is the case.
