Herrscher of Rebirth is a playable battlesuit in Honkai Impact 3. Fragments - manually unlockable once Herrscher of Rebirth Fragment ×80 are obtained. The unlock option can be accessed by clicking the Valkyrie button on the bridge and then selecting the battlesuit. Herrscher of Rebirth Rank-up Stamp cannot be used to unlock the battlesuit.

Herrscher of Rebirth (HoRB) is a powerful Part 1 Physical DPS. She has a unique skill where she can use Ultimate again when she defeats an enemy with a non-Ultimate attack. Only use your crystal to pull Part 2 valkyries, since they use a new Astral Ring system.

She’s a new PSY type physical DPS and SUPPORT (pull her and you get 2 valks in one, absolutely great deal). Support form (Soul Shaper form): -As a support, she’ll replace HoS in most cases since she provide more buff, SP, and crits.
