Honu is a trendy restaurant right on the ocean front in Lahaina (behind Safeway) that has a very good reputation for their cuisine. Easy to book online, we parked in Safeway carpark as Honu's was full, and were shown to our table as soon as we arrived by a very friendly greeter.
