Remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) allow humans to take pictures, videos, and scientific samples of underwater life and habitats while safely operating the vehicle from a boat or from shore. In this project you will design and build your own small ROV that you can test in a bathtub, pool, or nearby body of water.

I have been fooling around with homebuilt rov's in one aspect or another since the mid 90's and have been running this site since 1998.
