Network Discovery and File and Printer Sharing are turned on for Public and Private networks. Public Folder Sharing is turned on for All Networks. Password Protected Sharing is turned off.

Clicking on network shortcut icon I can see and retrieve other computer sites. But when I go to another computer and click on network icon, the other computers are listed ok, but this new one shows as "Desktop-MPH9AT9" and says empty.
