I NEVER cross my legs, a reall no no for anyone who has had a hip replaced. And I NEVER twist my body when turning around, small paces and NEVER do anything that you think could dislocate the hip.

2017年7月2日 · I dislocated my first hip replacement. I didn't know till I saw my surgeon 3 weeks later. I was walking on it and doing exercises for about a week or so. I did notice the leg was shorter and even in the mirror I noticed hip was higher. My family noticed too. Wounded up having a total hip revision 3 weeks 2 days later.
