2024年11月24日 · George Lucas and Hasbro managed to transcend societal changes and economic volatility from 1978 to 2012 (admittedly, they done messed up with that TPM 3D debacle). Nevertheless, Disney with Hasbro has sucked all the life out of the brand in less than a decade. Edit: I'll add one more caveat to the benefit of the doubt for current Hasbro.

I do miss being able to hand-pick the best figure out of a bunch. But I don’t miss having to hit up multiple stores. . . only to return empty handed.

2019年8月22日 · Hasbro's noncommittal stance on additional Plasma Series items is honestly a turnoff from this campaign for me. The campaign not being a runaway success thus far isn't helping that feeling. Hopefully I'm wrong and you guys get those additional figures.

If it's a small company doing a kickstarter and offering something for the first hundred backers or something like that as a "thanks for believing in us from the very beginning" is cool. From someone like Hasbro it feels like "work faster!"

And with Mattel acquiring the rights to DC, Hasbro are just gonna keep falling further and further behind if they think there's $$$ to be made from producing OT Kenner style action figures that are only available to consumers in a 6pk.
