2007年11月1日 · Just cut out the area of the 2 giant peices that made up the visor, then smoothern it out and trim the tabs with siccors or a dremel cut off wheel, then use the dremel to cut off the gold visor and just fit it in, a standard sized hjc helmet visor will fit in with the sides trimmed off. 2019年4月18日 · If you did cast the helmet, you can just cut out the visor of the cast. This will be easier to cut out because it is thinner and maybe slightly softer, but it will be alot harder to make a helmet cast using a visorless helmet. There are also some REALLY good visors on etsy for ODSTs that would totally be worth the money. They are fairly cheap.

2011年2月4日 · To cut out the piece you could use a pair of crummy scissors (don't use good ones because the metal will ruin them) or you can get a set of snips at Harbor Freight for $3. I personally used a set of Duratrax RC car body scissors I've had forever. They work great on very high gauge metals, better I'm sure than the previous two options.

2010年8月7日 · Cut the fold tabs off of each piece. You can just flip the same top piece to get both sides, or you could cut both out, but i didn't see the point. The Bottom piece should be traced onto the sheet so that the two top edges are connected to the top piece. Then sketch out a line about a 1/4" away from all of the outside edge as shown.

2012年8月24日 · you can get a gold tinted visor for 25 bucks online, if i recall. a clear one comes cheaper. you take the clear one and use it on top of the gold one, and cut out the parts of the clear one, to get the raised detail look
