In 1959, after years of product development, Haitai started manufacturing “Supermint”, Korea’s first gum. In the 1960s, the company completed a 14,000 sq. meter factory site at Yangpyung-dong, Youngdunpo-gu. About 30 type of products were produced at this time including candy, gum, biscuit, and bread.

2024年2月6日 · What even happened to Haitai Acacia Beauty Gum? I swear this gum's taste and smell is now like a fever dream to me. I remember some years ago that it was widely available in some stores like CU, 7 Eleven, Ministop, basically any convivence store. As far as I know, the brand itself was released in 1976 and sold for around 40 years.
