It provides a platform for law students to compete in a truly diverse and international environment, making negotiations more complex than usual. Established in 2014 and hosted at NLU Delhi, the HSF - NLU Delhi INC, as the first competition of its kind in India, has earned special significance among law universities around the world.

National Law University, Delhi in collaboration with Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, London hosted the 9th HSF – NLU Delhi International Negotiation Competition from 30th August to 1st September, 2024.
