2015年7月28日 · as sabertooth04 pointed out, goto HP.com and plug in your printer name here to find your product and driver software; you should see a Windows 10 listing for the printer. The key here (as in any software upgrades) is to use the latest software from hp.com, and avoid using the original CD that came with the printer. Good Luck

2024年12月7日 · I ran into this issue as well. I dug into the problem, and it looks like the installer for the driver is written poorly and checks the OS version number wrong. The computer I had problems with was on 15.0.1, and a minor OS update should not break a driver. Anyways, I edited the install script for the driver and removed the version check entirely.
