2022年4月15日 · This upper just arrived today, it's an original HK417 12" assaulter upper with a surplus S&B 4-16x42 scope in a LaRue STOMP mount (old type, discontinued). The upper has a chrome bolt, fluted chamber, OTB features, etc. I'm building this rifle the same way as the SEAL/CAG/SF/whoever in the below photo.

Us civilians can own the semi-auto version which is the MR556 and MR762. Now with that said, good luck finding either for a decent price. Even before the panic started, these H&K rifles have been in very high demand with low supply.
