H&R Model 12/M12 US Military Heavy Target Rifle Description: This is a Harrington & Richardson Model 12. They were produced from 1981-1986 for the US Military. It has a 28-inch barrel and is equipped with a Redfield Palma rear sight and front sight set. This gun is the nicest of these we have ever seen. It is literally near perfect.
