Groverton partners with Housing Authorities and nonprofits to decrease housing costs for low-income Americans. Our unique funding and real estate programs provide our partners alternative housing solutions for their clients.

Groverton was founded to alleviate what can be described as an affordable housing crisis in many regions of the United States. Many tenants are forced to pay a larger and larger share of their income for housing; to crowd into shared apartments, townhouses, or single-family homes; or to find housing in distant suburbs located far from their jobs.

We provide housing authorities with non-subsidized partnerships to support their mission to keep housing affordable, make the process simple, and repeatable. Partnering with us takes advantage of housing available both now and in the future. Budgets continue to shrink as the need for affordable housing rises.
