2020年2月25日 · I have SSHD that has a C: Users/mobil/onedrive folder and all the files pictures, word docs, pdfs, ppts etc are all grey X'ed and will not open. I recovered the machine saving files and it did not correct the grey X's . any help would b much appreciated.

2020年7月20日 · I'm currently having an issue with my OneDrive account where all file icons (pdf, excel, word, etc.) have a small grey 'X' over the icon. I am able to search through the file directory, however can not action or open any specific files. OneDrive is not prompting any actions, and is stating all files are synced.

2020年4月29日 · Normally the grey X signifies that a file is being synced to Onedrive, but has not yet completed. They are 'waiting' to be synced or downloaded. If you still have access, start Onedrive again and force a sync. This should remove the grey X's. Afterwards, if you no longer want to use Onedrive, stop syncing and then remove Onedrive. 2015年8月18日 · Followed instructions on the link for snipping . Also tried to Jing an example of the folders with X in lower left corner and to save image as a word document. No image formats would upload. Created a new folder on the desktop - initializes with a gray x then turned into arrow. Seems like there is a bug in Windows 10? Thanks for your help.

2023年12月27日 · So usually when this x in a grey circle appears, it means the user is offline. But if that isn't the case, You may need to clear your Team app cache to get rid of it as this is due to a bug. By the way, what device are you using Teams on?
