2020年8月5日 · The other significant problem is that estradiol generated by TRT causes negative feedback at the pituitary, acting "to decrease responsiveness to GnRH." If this effect is too strong then the pituitary won't make an LH pulse in response to your GnRH (gonadorelin) pulse. This would have to be overcome by reducing estradiol or by using a SERM.

Most of the time not even needed. Check out another clinic. Been using m8trix health, solid clinic and they'll price match any other clinic you're coming from. You'd have to be injecting constantly all day to even doing anything with the gonadorelin

Some people claim gonadorelin doesn’t work but this is the one thing I like about it, my balls are bigger and my loads are bigger than they were pre-TRT. However my stomach cramps up really bad, especially after my morning coffee.

Triptorelin is designed specifically to shut down hypothalamic secretion of gonadotropins for treatment of primarily hormone dependent cancers like prostate cancer.

2020年12月16日 · Once the Gonadorelin runs out I’ll continue with HcG as long as I can. My clinic said they will have some HcG back in stock in January from their supplier, but eventually that will run dry. At that time I will need to make a decision to go Gonadorelin or source HcG overseas or just stop taking the gonadotropin compounds all together.

2022年9月6日 · Gonadorelin is a cash grab by clinics that are losing profit from compounded HCG. Exactly zero clinics were using it prior to the change in regulations which should be easy to interpret. You should push to be prescribed pharma HCG, i.e. Pregnyl, which is obviously the preferred treatment as per past practice.
