Genan is a recycler end-of-life tires. Used tires are cleaned, shredded and granulated, and the original components are separated for an output of approx. 75% rubber, 15% steel and 10% textile. Genan is a pioneer that offers authentic cradle-to-cradle tire recycling. In 2014, with an ambition to advance material recycling of scrap tires in the most beneficial way, environmentally as well as economically, Genan expanded operations with its first non-European plant.

Rubber powder from Genan is sustainably recycled rubber powder with particles 1000 μm (18 Mesh). Genan rubber powder can be added to compounds and used in the production of many different products. The Genan technologies – ambient granulation and cryogenic milling – both produce very fine crumb rubber.

Genan rubber granulate is a high-quality product manufactured at one of the most advanced tire recycling plants in the world. Genan granulate is available in seven standard sizes for various applications. We produce a particle size to meet every customer’s needs.
