Generation 1 Jetfire (1985) The first two years of Transformers toys were figures taken from older Japanese toylines, primarily Takara's Diaclone and Microman lines. 1985, however, saw several figures reused from lines created by Takatoku Toys, of which Jetfire was one — that of the VF-1S Super Valkyrie Fighter from the Macross series.

2025年2月4日 · Released in the second year of the Hasbro Transformers toyline, Jetfire is a redeco of the Takatoku Toys Macross VF-1S Super Valkyrie. Jetfire features three modes: robot, jet, and an "alternate transformation" (called the "Gerwalk" form in Macross, and the "Guardian" form in Robotech) that deploys his arms and legs in jet mode.

Comic Biography: Jetfire was created by the acting Decepticon Commander, Shockwave. Shockwave had control of Optimus Prime and the Creation Matrix at the time. His original plan was to create an army of Jetfires that he would use to add heavy air support to the Decepticon Army. His plan was foiled by the efforts of Buster Witwicky and the Autobots.

Generation 1 Jetfire - also known as Skyfire - is a Transformer dedicated to the advancement of science. His devotion to science has led to him not only enhancing the Autobots' weaponry and other technologies, but he is frequently making modifications to his own body, making sure every component is up-to-date and performing at its peak.

Trapped in ice for millions of years and being sprung into a civil war, Jetfire is an Autobot scientist and pacifist. Years before the official ones release, "Phoenix" is Fans Toys ' take on a masterpiece figure of Jetfire, highly articulated and accurate to his G1 cartoon model.
