The University College has campuses located at Tesano (main campus), Abeka, Kumasi and learning centres in Ho, Koforidua, Takoradi and Nungua. The focus on preparing graduates for the telecommunications and ICT profession is the hallmark of GTUC.

GCTU's main campus is located in the Tesano section of Accra, Republic of Ghana. A second campus has been opened in nearby Abeka, a nearby Accra suburb and a satellite campus at Nungua. Apart from Accra there are satellite campuses in Kumasi, Takoradi, Koforidua and Ho.

Computer Engineering students participate in a cooperative education program in which an industrial internship of six months duration is pursued during the four years of studies. This program introduces students to basic engineering, principles in electrical, electronics, communication, computer hardware and software.
