I'm so glad you were able to love on an awesome cat. There's nothing quite like the companionship of our furry friends. We lost our cat Ozzy earlier this year. I always called him "gato in the way" because he loved threading our legs and being well, in the way. His death caught me off guard and I grieved far more than I expected.

2024年3月29日 · Not really. Grammatically you are supposed to use the masculine noun. That doesn't mean it is specific to male cats. It is just a cat. Male or Female, gato is neutral. If you say Gata you must be certain it is a female cat and the English sentence doesn't say female cat so the proper translation is just gato. That's just how Spanish works.

2023年10月16日 · What a coincidence. I just came across the phrase “andar a gatas” (which means to crawl), and I was wondering why it was “gatas” instead of “gato”. As the phrase is not referring to a particular cat, I would have assumed it would use the masculine form as a default.

2023年6月9日 · The cat was named Duldul, from Vietnam (looks like he had a nice life, RIP Duldul!!) . From all the Instagram pictures, it is pretty much that the kitten is not the same, mostly because the colour of the cat is not the same, Duldul doesn't have the white belly like the kitten.
