2020年5月2日 · I finished my garage golf sim last night after patiently waiting for everything from various suppliers. The challenge I had was I needed to be able to park two cars in my garage most of the time so I needed to design something I could dismantle and setup in a reasonable amount of time. It worked out pretty good and overall I'm happy with the setup.

2021年9月17日 · The garage has 11' ceilings and a beam centered at 10'-3". I had them install high lift doors in preparation for the simulator so those sit at 9'-8" high. I have plenty of room to swing my driver. I am looking to put a simulator in there but am having trouble finding something that meets the wife's requirements.

2022年1月11日 · Built Lean too on back side of garage with metal roof 18 x 10 to add all my junk in garage to clear out. Will be spraying entire inside of garage white and adding Uneekor EyeEXO simulator with two cameras, gaming computer, custom 14x9 ft screen (3ply) and TGC 2019 with help from my mentor Mike from Visgolf.

2017年10月4日 · The garage door also hugs the garage ceiling when fully opened. No chain and no opener in the middle of the garage gives you way more clearance and no door opener in the way only down side is for a two door garage you would likely only be able to have one door with a door opener, other door would have to be manual.

2025年1月6日 · Just wanted to share. 90% completed my retractable garage golf simulator. takes around 7 min to set up and take down. have been researching on here and elsewhere for a year or more. Wanted to say thanks for all the retractable garage golf builds posts, i took a lot of ideas from everyone's posts/ builds.

2017年11月15日 · My biggest drawback from not doing the build earlier was the garage door opener being in the middle of the garage which did not allow for any clearance. I shelled out ~$700 to get an "I Drive" (liftmaster 8500) garage door opener installed. Once the opener was installed the fun was able to start! I went with 1" EMT to make my 12'x9' enclosure.
