2023年4月17日 · Looks like both gw1/gw2 services run off Amazon cloud servers so they’ll stay up as long as they pay the hosting fees. Which is much cheaper than actually housing servers across the world that they would have to maintain and power. Gw2/gw1 share login servers but the actual games run on separate cloud instances.

2023年3月27日 · There is literally one man left keeping GW1 afloat, and he does/did check this sub. I think he has another primary job at ArenaNet and maintaining GW1 is a side task they gave him, but he's solicited bugs that needed fixing on here and has even done some quality of life changes and code cleanups.

2022年4月16日 · As mentioned, GW1 is team-based and there are two different kinds of AI you can add to your team: Henchmen (standardized builds) and Heroes (customizable builds). Henchmen are really only for newbies ever since they increased the hero cap from 3 to 7.
