2022年2月14日 · I am an admin in a GT3 league and was concerned about this. We tested all 8 cars in 3 different tracks. Each car is a little unique and we found it depends on the track. More corners, long straight aways, high elevation etc played a big difference in the lap times about .5 seconds per lap.

2023年8月28日 · FIFY. Honestly, it would be very interesting if this car race with C8 Corvette GT3. Fans absolutely love flan-crank exhaust. If 458 and 996 still legal to race, I don't see Viper GT3-R and Callaway C6 and C7 GT3 unable to race next year.

In general FR cars are better for corner entry but require a very careful right foot because it’s easy to lose traction on acceleration MR the weight is more balanced, however under braking weight will go to the rear.

GT3 cars are designed with gentlemen drivers in mind. So yes you smash the brakes initially and then trailbrake in corners where you need that. iRacing has a different approach and in general simulates TC/ABS very poorly. So you have to be much more precise. Wether its realistic or does not matter much I would say. Play what you prefer.

I try to commit because I like them and I've been driving them since the 458 in older titles, but without fail I'll jump in an Audi or McLaren and put down a lap that's about a second or two faster.
